Broderick's Black Magic began with a need to find a blackened seasoning without the burn flavor finish. After trying many others, Dave Broderick decided to take a shot at creating his own and Broderick's Black Magic was born.  Over the years our seasoning has been offered at several restaurants, pantries and chefs tables around the country.
